Shipping and Return Policy

Now you can conveniently shop from featured retailers directly on Klaire. When you spot a product with the "Check Out" button, you can easily place an order with the featured retailer through Klaire. The retailer will handle processing, fulfilling, and delivering the item to you.

Placing Orders

To make a purchase on Klaire, simply choose your size, if required, and click the " Check Out” button. While guest checkout is available, we recommend signing in for a quicker checkout experience. Before finalizing your purchase, you'll have the chance to review your entire order. Once submitted, we'll place your order with the supplying store, and you'll receive a confirmation email from them.

Shipping options vary depending on the store and delivery destination. During checkout, we'll provide an shipping cost based on the best standard domestic options.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Returned items must meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be new, unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags and packaging included.
  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original boxes, dust bags, and placed in a protective shipping box.
  • Swimwear, lingerie, and hosiery must have all hygiene stickers and packaging intact and must be tried on over personal undergarments only.
  • Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, including all branded packaging and documentation.
  • Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
  • Please take care when trying on your items. Any return that does not meet the above conditions may be refused.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items. Please follow the same process as a return and indicate your exchange request during submission.

Return Method

Returns must be made by mail. Customers are responsible for downloading and printing the return label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Once your return is received and approved, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notes

Returns must be shipped from the same country the order was delivered to. Multiple returns from different brands or sellers should be packaged and labeled separately. Klaire monitors return activity to prevent abuse. Excessive returns may result in account restrictions. Contact Support

Payment Security

Your security is a top priority for us. Klaire employs the industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol, which encrypts potentially sensitive information for all data transmission. If you make a purchase as a registered member, some of your payment details will be saved to facilitate faster checkout in the future. For added security, we only display the last 4 digits of your credit card and the expiration date. To maintain the security of this information, we'll always prompt you for your username and password during checkout. If you're using Paypal checkout, any handling of customer information by Paypal will be governed by Paypal’s terms and conditions, which you can review at https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/useragreement-full. If you change your password, all stored payment details will be automatically deleted, and you'll need to re-enter your payment information during your next purchase. We'll also notify you via email about this change.
